With over 21 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker-associate, I pride myself as having a passion to help home buyers, and sellers, in the Brevard and Indian River County areas. My specific areas of expertise include the cities of Melbourne, Viera, Rockledge, West Melbourne, Palm Bay, Sebastian, and Vero Beach. I had the extreme luck to meet my lovely wife, Laura, in 1997, and realized that her mother was regarded as the best real estate instructor in the county. I was an IT guy then and originally obtained my real estate license in 2001.  I have been a full-time active Realtor since then. I am a firm believer that you should only use a full-time agent who will dedicate all their time and skills to you. The purchase or sale of a home is typically the largest financial transaction that most people make in their lifetime and, as such, should be facilitated by a full time, experienced, and seasoned professional. Laura is my wife and my rock and is the best friend that I have ever had. 25 years of marriage has taught me much! We also have the unique qualification of being licensed real estate instructors, and as a result, have a passion for education which has served to advance our knowledge and skills in the industry that we care so much about. I have gone above and beyond just basic real estate licensure, as I hold multiple industry specialty designations such as CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), and ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative). I am also a foreclosure and short sale expert, with extensive knowledge of bank owned and distressed properties.
