"We moved to the Palm Bay area in August of 2018 from WV. Our home in WV sold in 1 day! Gary was recommended to us by a friend. He contacted us immediately! We needed to move fast to find a home. He was knowledgeable and very responsive to our needs and wants. He kept in contact with us 1-2 times a week and sent us new listings for the area as soon as they came on the market. We flew to Palm Bay the 2nd week in July knowing we had to buy a home in 5 days! He had listings and an itinerary ready, he guided us with his knowledge of the area and the pros and cons of each house we looked at. We found a home the first day! He helped us with all the paper work due to we were still in WV. He went above and beyond to get us moved quickly!!! If it was not for his knowledge and skills as a realtor I do not think I would sitting in my wonderful new home right now! If you are looking for a great realtor, look no further you have found him!!!"

"We started looking for a home in the Melbourne area remotely from California. As I clicked on a Zillow listing for a property I was interested in, I was "assigned" to Gary. I am so glad I found him! Gary has a vast knowledge of the area and did an amazing job taking video tours of homes for us and sending us the links. As our criteria kept changing from fixer upper to turnkey; multi family to single family; he stayed with us every step of the way. This included taking calls very late at night to accommodate our west coast time zone, and responding to lots of texts from me. Since our daughter was going to college there in Melbourne, Gary was willing to take her (and her college friends) on several home visits trying to find "the one" for us. He was very patient as he knew we were not in a rush. We started viewing properties with Gary in October and we finally closed on a house in the most perfect location in March. Gary definitely knows the area, is very responsive, and is super easy to work with it. I cannot imagine working with anyone else in the area. Thank you Zillow for finding Gary for us!"
